His Eminence Sheikh\ Abdul Majeed bin Mahmoud Al-Hatari Al-Rimi
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Da'wah Center in Sana'a.
When he arrived in Yemen in 1399 AH (approximately 1979 CE), he went to Sheikh Muqbil Al-Wadi'i (may God have mercy on him) in Sa'dah and stayed with him for a short time. Then he went to Wadi Kana in Bani Amr, accompanied by his father, Sheikh Zahir Al-Amri (may God have mercy on him), and taught students in the valley for about two years. Afterward, he went to Sheikh Abdul Majeed Al-Zindani (may God preserve him) in Khamer, north of Sana'a, who was at that time leading a da'wah (missionary) effort in the Hashid region.

Name: Abdul Majeed bin Mahmoud bin Ali bin Yassin Al-Hatari.
Place and Date of Birth and Upbringing: He was born in Rajab 1375 AH (approximately 1955 CE) in the village of Bani Hattar, in the district of Al-Jabin, and he spent his upbringing there.
Places of Study: Ibn Sinan School for Quran Memorization in Riyadh, where he completed memorizing the Quran.

He remained in Hashid for many years in preaching, teaching, and memorizing the Qur’an in the (Khayar) area. Then he met Sheikh Muhammad Saeed Al-Ansi and moved with him to the Da’wah Mosque in Sana’a, where he is still an imam and preacher.
